Frequently asked questions
How do I create my first invoice?
Tap the + button on the Documents screen, add your client and line items, and Invoicely calculates the totals and tax for you. Tap Preview to see the PDF, then Share to send it.
How does the voice / AI quick-add work?
Tap the microphone and say your items — for example, "3 hours consulting at 120". Your speech is transcribed on your device and the text is turned into structured line items. If you're offline, a built-in parser handles common phrasings.
How do I add my logo, business details, and tax info?
Open Settings → Business profile. You can add your logo, address, Tax ID/VAT number, and payment details (IBAN, PayPal, etc.). These appear automatically on every document.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Invoicely, and choose Cancel. Your Pro access remains until the end of the current billing period.
I already subscribed — how do I restore it on a new device?
Open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Where is my data stored? Is it private?
Your invoices, clients, and business profile are stored locally on your device — we don't host an account system or upload your documents. Only the optional AI quick-add text is sent to our server for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use Invoicely in my country / currency / language?
Yes. Invoicely works worldwide, supports multiple currencies, and is available in English and German. Set your currency in the business profile.
