Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Invoicely app ("we", "us") handles your information. We designed Invoicely to keep your data on your device wherever possible.
Data stored on your device
Your invoices, estimates, receipts, saved clients, and business profile (including your logo) are stored locally on your device. We do not have a user account system and we do not upload these documents to our servers. Deleting the app removes this data from your device.
AI quick-add (optional)
When you use the voice or text "quick-add" feature, the text you enter or dictate is sent to our server and to our AI provider, Google (Gemini API), to extract structured line items. This text is processed to return a result and is not used to build a profile of you. Voice is transcribed on your device (Apple Speech) and only the resulting text is sent. If you do not use this feature, no such data leaves your device. Avoid entering sensitive personal data you do not want processed.
Subscriptions
Purchases are handled by Apple and by our subscription provider, RevenueCat, which processes purchase and subscription status data to manage your entitlement. We do not receive your payment card details. See Apple's and RevenueCat's privacy policies for details.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising. We do not access your contacts, photos, or microphone except when you actively use a feature that needs them (e.g. picking a logo or dictating items), and only for that purpose.
Your rights (incl. GDPR/DSGVO)
Because your documents live on your device, you control them directly and can delete them at any time. For data processed through the AI feature or subscription provider, you may contact us to ask what is held and request deletion. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection under the GDPR.
Children
Invoicely is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
