Terms of Use
Last updated: June 3, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Invoicely mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
Invoicely offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Your content and responsibility
You are solely responsible for the invoices, estimates, receipts and other documents you create with the App and for their accuracy and legal compliance in your jurisdiction. Invoicely is a tool and does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify that your documents meet the legal requirements that apply to you (for example, mandatory invoice fields).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
